We’re looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in Appian technologies to join our team and deliver innovative, scalable solutions across Finance & Accounting and the Automotive domain.

• Design and implement solutions using Appian RPA and Appian AI
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN
• Develop scalable applications using Appian Solution Development
• Manage and optimize databases using MariaDB, ensuring performance and data security
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Analyze complex data to support decision‑making in Finance & Accounting and Automotive sectors
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Conduct testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

• 8–12 years of overall development experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Appian RPA, AI, and BPMN Modeling
• Expertise in MariaDB
• Proven experience in Appian Solution Development
• Domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
