About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market presence, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. You will lead regional business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored software solutions to clients across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and enterprise clients.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market initiatives and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and deliver regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the software industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales or regional sales management, preferably in software/SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets across multiple markets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and execute them effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other EMEA languages is a strong advantage.
