Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Regional Sales Manager at Baazeem Trading الشركة. The chosen candidate will oversee sales operations, manage and lead a team, and execute region-specific strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, providing insights to improve sales strategies, and ensuring organizational standards are upheld across the team. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and drive growth.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
Proven experience in sales strategy development, sales forecasting, and sales performance evaluation
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in market analysis and competitor research
Background in FMCG or a similar sector is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
Familiarity with Sales Buzz systems and sales performance tools is a plus
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
