وظائف for Saudi, in partnership with Womanity, is building an employment campaign to coach 1800 women and place 600 in وظائف with particular emphasis on media related وظائف. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in this mission by:

  • Developing strong relationships with employers across المملكة العربية السعودية to secure job placements for our candidates.
  • Collaborating with a team of technologists to apply the latest artificial intelligence technology to identify the right matching applicants for each job.
  • Providing career coaching to women, helping them build their resumes, enhance their job search skills, and navigate the media industry job market.
Job Description
  • Build and manage a network of contacts in HR and recruitment in the industry.
  • Attend monthly meetups centered around recruiting.
  • Offer career coaching sessions for women providing guidance on resume writing, interview prep, and professional development.
  • Prepare women for interviews by providing mock interviews and feedback, ensuring they present their skills and experiences effectively.
  • Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside passionate and experienced professionals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Passion for career coaching and working with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with candidates, employers, and partners.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
Additional Information
  • Must be a woman due to the nature of the project.
  • Must be a المملكة العربية السعوديةn citizen.
  • Compensation: SAR 75/hour
  • Type of المنصب: Contract
