الوصف الوظيفي:

Seerah is seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineer for a leading Pipe and Stainless Steel Manufacturing Industry in المملكة العربية السعودية. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems, ensuring compliance with international quality standards, conducting inspections and audits, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires extensive expertise in pipe and tube manufacturing, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure products comply with customer specifications and international quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections during raw material, in-process, and final production stages.
• Perform and supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, including Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Eddy Current Testing (ECT).
• Lead internal quality audits and support external customer or certification audits.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports and test records.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective action processes.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and maintenance teams to improve manufacturing quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements and الشركة quality policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA/QC inspectors and production teams.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related field).
• 10+ years of Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience in the Pipe & Tube Manufacturing Industry.
• ASNT Level III Certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Eddy Current Testing (ECT) (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of NDT techniques, inspection procedures and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with process audits, quality inspections and manufacturing quality systems.
• Hands-on experience managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM, API, ASME and customer specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication, reporting and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
