Job Purpose:
The Quality Analysis Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of internal processes and project deliverables to ensure alignment with الشركة standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This role focuses on quality audits, data analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting operational excellence across departments, especially in real estate project execution and corporate operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and metrics for الشركة operations and project delivery.
2. Monitor the compliance of departments with internal standards, external regulations, and contractual obligations.
3. Conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis to assess process efficiency, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
4. Lead root cause analysis initiatives and propose corrective and preventive action plans.
5. Prepare regular reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement recommendations for management.
6. Collaborate with various departments (Development, Construction, Commercial, Finance, Operations) to ensure quality objectives are integrated into workflows.
7. Identify training needs and support in developing programs to enhance quality awareness across the الشركة.
8. Stay updated with local Saudi standards (such as from the Saudi Building Code, MOMRA, NHC) and international best practices.
9. Manage and coach quality analysts and coordinate activities across projects and departments.
10. Support Organizational Development initiatives by providing quality insights into systems, processes, and employee performance standards.
11. Participate in process reengineering and organizational transformation initiatives.
Skills:
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in assessments and reports.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and quality management software/tools.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Leadership: Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop team members.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental cooperation.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Quality (such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management or quality analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi quality standards and regulations.
