Vitateck KSA branch is now hiring for Storekeeper

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Lives in Riyadh
• Has a Valid Drivers License
• Speaks excellent English and Arabic
• Has 3-4 experience of the same position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sort the store and keep a record for stock movements.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.

· Receiving shipments from the couriers and count the orders received.

• Arranging the stocks from the warehouse to keep all other offices with reasonable stock for the orders in coordinate with Line manager.
• Physical count related to weekly, monthly, and Quarterly inventory as per the instruction related to the stock control.
• Preparing the domestics and international shipments according to required quantities and follow up with couriers for pick up and receiving shipments.
• Report any kind of discrepancies on the actual stock “Shortage, Damage, excess.
• Prepare the orders received based to invoices products and quantity.
• Complete the requirements of the delivery prior to delivery by checking the documents, the items, the Customer requirements, and handling the undertaking letter related to the exceptional deliveries.
• Completing the customer receipt on the invoices
• Files the invoices and delivery notes for references.
• Arrange to collect the Cash, cheques, transferred receipt, and share all the documents to the to the account department.
• Arrange reports for shipments and orders received, arrange report for Cash and Cheques collected with full details related to customers name, dates, and amounts.
