Job Summary:

In this role, you will lead a team and manage project cost estimating, analysis, and control activities. You will identify cost trends for management attention, support project organizational and administrative activities, and ensure work is completed as scheduled. Your data analysis will provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges, and your leadership will be essential to project success.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Manage the cost estimating, analysis, and control activities for the entirety of a project requiring a high degree of technical skill.
  • Identify cost trends for management attention and analyze data to provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges.
  • Ensure work is completed as scheduled.
  • Support project organizational and administrative activities.
Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) and 20 years of relevant experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Working knowledge of project control tools and cost databases.
  • Proficiency with PC operating systems and several basic software applications.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting systems, controller account codes, and controller instructions including project financial status reports and earned revenue determination data.
  • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes as performed by the الشركة.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction management typically acquired through specialized instruction or practical experience.
  • Full proficiency in existing data sources and Excel; all outputs are expected to be provided in Power BI.
  • Knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non‑technical personnel.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with peers, external customers, and client counterparts.
  • Thorough understanding of prime contract formation and execution; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior demonstrated capability to present information and analysis to senior management.
  • Must be able to work overtime and adapt to changing work schedules.
