1. Directs the maintenance and staff activities engaged in maintenance planning, inspection, repairand servicing of assigned aircraft and associated support equipment.

2. Plansand schedules work assignments, workloads and maintenance procedures.

3. Analyzereports and maintenance plans to determine requirements for specialists.

4.Coordinates with Supply, Operations, and other maintenance activities toimprove procedures and resolve problems.

5.Maintain complete and process Personnel Management Reports such as AttendanceReports, Medical Excuses and Time Sheets.

6. TheProduction Superintendent المنصب is a Maintenance المنصب wherein the dutiestrend towards dealing with technical issues and job protection.Requirements

1. Requiresa minimum of 7 'years' experience in AFSC 43171/452XX/2A373A, or equivalentmaintenance specialty of which two years must have been associated with F -15system support

2.Qualification as an F -15 Aircraft Maintenance Specialist is mandatory.

3. Inaddition, a minimum of one (1) year experience in performing or supervisingfunctions such as installation, repair and modification or overhaul of aircraft,aircraft systems and components are mandatory.

4. Musthave in depth knowledge of policies and procedures relating to aircraft safetyand training.

5. Mustbe proficient in communications skills necessary to write reports and conducton the job training.

6.
