Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Supervisor based in Dammam, المملكة العربية السعودية. The Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, managing purchase orders, ensuring the negotiation and implementation of contracts, and optimizing purchasing processes to meet organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with vendors, analyzing market trends, and monitoring supply chain performance to ensure cost-efficiency, quality adherence, and timely deliveries.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Procurement and Purchasing processes to ensure optimal acquisition strategies.
Strong Contract Negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Experience in managing Purchase Orders and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills essential for evaluating supplier performance, cost optimization, and market trends.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in procurement and supply chain management.
Proficient in industry-standard procurement software and tools.
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in procurement is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
