Overview

Salary: 20k SR per month max. Candidates must be currently based in Saudi.

An exciting المنصب has arisen to work for a large catering organisation in Saudi as a Procurement Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Vendor management
• Vendor negotiation
• Contract management and design
• Cost negotiation
• Building relationships with suppliers
• Management of the purchasing officers
• Report management information regarding cost
• Strategic sourcing
• Buying
• Visiting the suppliers and assessing them
• Dealing with the purchasing of perishable goods

Candidates must be based in Saudi. Ideally you will be from a food service background, hotel background, or catering service background. You will have contacts within the field regarding suppliers of food and perishable goods, excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, solid vendor management background, experience of reporting on Excel and Word, comfortable dealing with senior management, excellent English skills, and the ability to transfer visas within Saudi.
