The Mission We are actively recruiting a high-caliber medical professional from the Kingdom's premier specialist hospitals for a permanent role aboard a luxury superyacht. Your core mandate is the 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP, ensuring precise health management while navigating the Mediterranean . You will cruise through the region's most exclusive waters, from the French Riviera (Nice, Monaco) to the turquoise coasts of Sardinia and Corsica , maintaining a clinical sanctuary at sea.
The Team You will be an essential part of a top-tier medical department. The unit is overseen by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialized Physiotherapists . You will work within a rotation of Western-trained nurses, ensuring that you have constant professional support and a structured clinical hierarchy.
The Safety We recognize that elite care requires a rested mind. To ensure patient safety and staff well-being, we operate a robust double-nurse shift system . This ensures you have defined working hours and sufficient rest periods, preventing burnout and allowing you to maintain peak clinical performance.
The Process We value efficiency and global reach. The initial recruitment phase is conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform , allowing you to showcase your expertise from Riyadh (or your current الموقع) before any travel is required.
Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) or equivalent.
Experience: 4+ years of postgraduate experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence, cultural adaptability, and the ability to operate within a formal private household.
Leave: 30 days paid annual leave.
Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel.
Expenses: Full coverage of flights, food, and daily living expenses.
