Job Summary: The holder of this المنصب will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing new agreements and contract clauses in line with corporate guidelines, supporting contractual risk and opportunity analysis, assisting in customer negotiations and decision making, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate contract processes and approvals.

• Draft, negotiate, and manage new agreements and contract clauses in line with corporate guidelines, providing support during customer negotiations and decision making.
• Conduct contract risk and opportunity analysis, providing clear advice to mitigate contractual risks.
• Lead and support decision making, escalating topics to senior management when required.
• Work with business functions (Legal, Program Management, Business Development, Finance, Engineering, Senior Leadership across sites) to ensure appropriate contractual requirements are included in business cases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate contract processes, policies, and approvals required by Legal, Contracts & Compliance functions.

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Operational impact: Demonstrated ability to achieve day-to-day objectives that significantly influence operational results within the designated work area.
• Problem‑solving skills: Proven track record in addressing complex problems requiring broader issue understanding and implementing effective solutions.
• Effective communication: Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders inside and outside the department, liaising with external parties such as customers and vendors.
