Personal Trainer - Fitness and Wellness Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Jeddah, المملكة العربية السعودية. As a fitness and wellness specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized training programs and coaching to clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement customized exercise programs based on clients' goals, abilities, and preferences
  • Conduct fitness assessments and track progress to ensure clients are meeting their goals
  • Provide guidance on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support overall wellness
  • Demonstrate exercises, techniques, and equipment usage to clients
  • Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
  • Monitor client safety during workouts and make necessary modifications as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
  • Certification in personal training or related field (e.g. ACE, NASM, ISSA)
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse populations including women and individuals from different cultural backgrounds
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
