We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Bakery & Pastry Chef to lead our production of high-quality baked goods and pastries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both traditional and modern techniques, and a passion for creating exceptional products that meet brand standards and customer expectations.

• Innovate and test new recipes with a focus on creativity, presentation, and taste
• Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to brand standards
• Supervise daily operations of the bakery and pastry section
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
• Monitor ingredient levels, manage ordering and inventory
• Lead and train junior staff to follow recipes and techniques correctly
• Collaborate with the management team on menu development and seasonal offerings

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Bakery or Pastry Chef
• Strong expertise in desserts, laminated dough, and artisan baked goods
• High creativity and attention to detail in pastry design and flavors
• Knowledge of modern and traditional baking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
• Culinary diploma or professional pastry certification is preferred
• Open to all nationalities
