Role Purpos

e.seThe QHSE Officer will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards across FM operations. The role will ensure site compliance, conduct inspections, support audits, report incidents, follow up corrective actions, and work closely with project teams to maintain safe and compliant operati

on
Key Responsibi

  • litConduct regular QHSE inspections, site walks, audits, and compliance assessments across FM project sit
  • es.Monitor and verify the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, permits, risk assessments, and method statemen
  • ts.Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, quality deficiencies, and non-compliance issues, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closu
  • re.Support investigations of incidents, accidents, near misses, and non-conformities, and prepare clear and accurate repor
  • ts.Maintain QHSE documentation, inspection records, audit reports, training records, and compliance tracking syste
  • ms.Facilitate toolbox talks, safety briefings, awareness campaigns, and site-level QHSE training sessio
  • ns.Coordinate with operations teams, maintenance personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives on all QHSE-related matte
  • rs.Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, الشركة standards, client requirements, and project-specific QHSE procedur
  • es.Monitor PPE compliance, work-at-height activities, electrical safety practices, housekeeping standards, waste management processes, emergency preparedness, and permit-to-work contro
