المسمى الوظيفي: - Inspection - QC II
الموقع: - SAU-Dammam
Duration: - 6 Months
Essential Responsibilities: -
Oil and Gas experienced in pipes and valves painting.
Managing mechanical inspection activities.
Have experience with rotating equipment assembly and packaging (Compressor & Gas turbine).
Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective gloves, Safety glass etc.
Managing production inspection plans checking the progress between product manufacturing and data recorded.
Creating NCR for non-conforming products, verification of NCRs and proper disالمنصب, quality closure of NCRs after ensuring the appropriate action.
Verify that equipment manufactured, assembled, tested within the facility conforms to applicable specifications and agrees customer requirements and that all 3rd party inspection activities are complete and accepted.
Test activities and reports issue: Preparation of Assembly Test Reports, Certificate of Conformance, Visual/Dimensional certificate.
Ability to assembly/disassembly, adjust and install mechanical to meet tolerance and product operating requirements.
Receiving inspections: Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
In-process inspections: Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to production.
Final inspection: Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
Issue all the required certificates according to QCP.
Punch lists creation, check, closure.
Maintaining and uploading Quality sheets as evidence of production compliance.
Conducting the Quality toolbox talks to the production team.
Propose and implement improvement projects to the production process.
Issuing the Mark-up (as-built) drawings according to actual installation.
Help in identifying the correct Standard, specification and drawing to be followed.
Managing and communicating the lesson learned from previous projects.
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): -
• Years of experience: +5 years
• Field of experience: +5 years
• Certification
- Certified welding inspector (CSWIP 3.1).
- Expert in P&ID (piping & instrumentation diagram).
