The IT Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all information technology operations within the organization. This role ensures the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT systems while supporting business objectives through strategic planning, cybersecurity governance, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

:
• Manage and lead the IT Department, including performance management, development, and resource alالموقع

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems

.
• Oversee the management and security of IT equipment, systems, and information assets

.
• Assess current and future IT requirements and ensure alignment with organizational and operational needs

.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and quality of IT services across the organization

.
• Conduct technology research and recommend innovative solutions to support new projects and business growth

.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures, and standards in line with best practices

.
• Oversee daily IT support operations, ensuring service quality, timely issue resolution, and user satisfaction

.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs), and promote user awareness and compliance

.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, suppliers, and managed service providers to ensure service quality and cost efficienc

yCybersecurity & Complianc
e

:
• Ensure compliance with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) regulations and Essentia

lCybersecurity Controls (ECC)

.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, including access management, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery

.
• Identify and manage cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents, ensuring timely mitigation and reporting

.
• Coordinate cybersecurity audits, assessments, and compliance activities

.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices among employees in coordination with relevant departments

.

Qualifications & Requiremen
ts

:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred

).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership rol

e.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity framework

• Experience with NCA, ECC, or equivalent cybersecurity standards is highly preferre

d.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill
