الوصف الوظيفي: HR Supervisor
An HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department, ensuring that HR activities align with organizational goals, and maintaining a productive and compliant workforce. This role involves managing HR staff, supporting employee relations, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring adherence to الشركة policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Provide guidance, training, and support to HR staff on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular performance reviews for HR personnel.
Recruitment & Staffing:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
Maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution processes.
Ensure fair and consistent application of الشركة policies and procedures.

Compliance & Legal Requirements:

Support managers in handling performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
HR Strategy & Planning:
Contribute to HR strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations on HR practices.
Implement HR initiatives that support business goals and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, or CIPD.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
