Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Assist in compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
Handle HR inquiries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
Recruitment
Executes pre-screening phone interviews in order to interview live only shortlisted candidates with minimum job requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business administration or similar field.
0-2 years of experience.
Not registered in GOSI during the past six months
Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program
Required Skills
English Language is a must.
Good knowledge in Excel.
Good Reporting Skills.
