We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Relations Manager to join our client's growing team in Riyadh, المملكة العربية السعودية. Our client, an established international industrial‑park developer with strong roots in سنغافورة, is expanding its operations in the region. This role presents a unique opportunity to take charge of HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, and contribute to the organisation's ongoing success in المملكة العربية السعودية.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage government‑related HR processes and requirements to align with local labour laws.
  • Provide support for land use processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
