The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements, الشركة policies, and industry standards. The role leads HSE initiatives across projects, promoting a safe work environment and fostering a strong safety culture.

Experience: 8-years

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across projects
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, الشركة standards, and industry best practices
• Lead accident/incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for all project personnel
• Monitor HSE performance, prepare reports, and present findings to management

• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives

• At least 10 years of professional experience in HSE management
• Holds an appropriate university degree
• Holds a recognized certification in occupational safety and health (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
