Role SummaryYou will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. The HR Officer will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and HR data management.
Role DescriptionRecruitment & Onboarding - Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including joining formalities, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Follow up with the timekeeper to the master sheet for the workers'' new workers'' records under the vis provider
Payroll Processing - Coordinate to provide the necessary data to maintain and payroll information, and to the visa provider as well
- Explain the resolution of payroll discrepancies (if any)
- Coordinate with the visa provider to process the vacation in advance, settlements, and final settlement
- Coordinate for advanced salary, HRA, and medical
- Coordinate with the visa provider to issue the promotion and salary increment letters
- Explain how to apply requests for leave and other leave in the system and how to issue salary slip via the system
- Explain to the employee about the final settlement in line with applicable labor law
Benefit Administration Support - Coordination for enrolling employees in medical insurance
- Follow up with managers for probation confirmations and related necessary reports
- Clearing monthly Invoices (including Manpower suppliers, Gosi, and training … etc )
- Send updated data for employees to the Main office to archive employee documents in a personal file
- Updating and developing operational reporting as needed
- Coordination staff-related letters, including but not limited to bank transfer letters, bank notification letters, salary certificates, etc
- Coordinate any updates required to the HR Management System
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, such as leave, benefits, and company policies
- Maintain training records and track employee development
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs, referring to probation feedback
- Coordinate meetings for probation period feedback with reporting managers
- Support the HR team with all additional HR administration requirements
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
ExperienceRelevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. 1-3 years of professional-level experience in the applicable human resources area and Payroll in the GCC. Fair knowledge and understanding of the Labor laws in KSA.
