Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines related to utility service contracts, as well as scheduling, planning, forecasting, resource and managing all technical activities in order to ensure the accuracy and quality of the project. Also, monitoring implementation and interacting with clients to interpret their needs and requirements to achieve the greatest possible customer satisfaction and quality of implementation.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Management: Overseeing the maintenance of buildings, electrical systems, water, and air conditioning.
• Team Supervision: Guiding and training service department staff.
• Planning and Preventive Maintenance: Developing schedules for routine maintenance and minimizing downtime.
• Budgeting and Procurement: Monitoring costs and procuring necessary equipment and services.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards.

• Team Management: Ability to lead and direct maintenance and service teams.
• Planning and Organization: Efficiently organize maintenance schedules and daily operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and general maintenance.

• Budget Management: Ability to track costs and procure equipment efficiently.
