Hiring - Business Head Riyadh, KSA

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Head to lead our Recruitment & Manpower Outsourcing operations in Riyadh, المملكة العربية السعودية.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development, client management, and manpower operations within the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities in recruitment, staffing, and manpower outsourcing across KSA
• Build strong client relationships across industries including Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Hospitality, Logistics, FMCG, and more
• Handle client meetings, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals
• Coordinate manpower mobilization and deployment in line with client requirements
• Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and operational standards
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and support service providers
• Prepare regular business and operational reports for management

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in recruitment / manpower outsourcing industry
• Proven business development and client acquisition skills in KSA / GCC
• Good understanding of Saudi labor regulations and manpower operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage branch operations independently
