We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that supports our brand identity, marketing campaigns, and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative concepts for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media content, presentations, websites, and advertisements.

Collaborate with marketing, branding, and communications teams to ensure consistency in design across all platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Develop visuals for awareness campaigns, partnerships, and CSR initiatives.

Support the creation of marketing and internal communication collateral as needed.

Maintain organized files and version control for ongoing projects.

Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all platforms.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Experience in social media content design and digital marketing assets.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Motion graphics/video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).
