TheGovernance and Corporate Affairs Manageris responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing effective governance frameworks for the Company..

Responsibilities:

Lead the review, development, and implementation of the Group’s corporate governance framework.
Draft, update, and maintain governance policies, delegation of authority, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and recommend enhancements.
Prepare and present governance-related reports to executive leadership and the Board.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate governance and compliance requirements.
Facilitate internal and external audits related to governance and compliance.
Provide insights into the best practices and emerging governance trends.

Requirement:

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in governance and corporate affairs,
Strong background in construction, real estate, or other regulated industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or related field.
Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., ICSA, CPA, CIA) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and board operations.
