Job Purpose

To improve manufacturing processes by ensuring efficient production flow, maintaining high-quality standards, reducing operational costs, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Coordination

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
• Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and inventory levels

Process Improvement

• Improve manufacturing processes for higher efficiency
• Optimize equipment usage and production materials
• Enhance productivity through engineering solutions
• Provide technical support for production and maintenance teams
• Ensure operational efficiency across production lines

Evaluation & Problem Solving

• Analyze production performance and identify issues
• Determine root causes and implement solutions
• Recommend process improvements

Cost & Quality Control

• Reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure compliance with product specifications and standards

Training & Development

• Train and guide production team members
• Support workforce development and skill improvement
• Implement 5S and lean manufacturing practices
• Improve production reliability, quality, and capacity
• Support automation and system enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 4 to 6 Years of Experience in Production / Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production planning & scheduling
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
