Customer Success Manager

You will own outcomes for a portfolio of industrial customers after go-live: adoption on the plant floor, measurable downtime reduction, and expansion to new sites. Success here is measured in the customer's numbers, not ours.

• Own onboarding, adoption, and renewal for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the GCC.
• Run quarterly business reviews anchored on operational metrics — downtime, PM compliance, response times.
• Coach maintenance teams and planners on workflows, and surface training gaps to product.
• Coordinate escalations across support, engineering, and hardware teams until resolved.
• Identify expansion opportunities — new sites, new modules, sensor rollouts — and work them with sales.

What you bring

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or operations consulting with B2B software.
• Comfort with operational data; you can read a downtime report and hold a conversation about it.
• Fluent Arabic and English; experience with GCC enterprise customers preferred.
• Organized and calm under escalation; you close loops and keep written records.
• Industrial, facilities, or maintenance domain exposure is a strong plus.
