Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Riyadh. The Executive Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, ensure food is prepared to the highest standards, and manage kitchen staff. Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining food quality and safety standards, inventory management, staff scheduling, and collaborating with management to enhance dining experiences. This role also involves creating innovative dishes, controlling budgets, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills including cooking, food preparation, and menu design
• Leadership and team management experience to effectively oversee and motivate kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management
• Problem-solving and organizational skills for effective kitchen operations
• Culinary arts certification or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Understanding of regional and international cuisines is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with other departments
