• Manage the construction activities and execute construction works in line with the approved contract schedule and specifications.
• Develop and implement the requirements of the Construction Execution Plan.
• Ensure adherence to the project corporate HSE procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Generate regular progress reports for review by Management.
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance and contribute to project evaluation in project close out reports.
• Ensure that construction areas are built to international quality standards and agreed budget, schedule and construction sequence.
• Implement construction work pack (CWP) as required.
• Ensure compliance with manuals, procedures and systems.
• Manage the piping construction team, fostering cooperation and team spirit.
• Develop staff so each supervisory المنصب has a competent deputy to cover absences and rotation leave.
• Represent the project in all meetings with clients and subcontractors, maintaining healthy and cordial relations throughout the project.
• Control cost, billing certification for client and subcontractors, and coordinate with material and consumable procurement.
• Reconcile material and billing quantities.
• Apply thorough knowledge and hands on experience of piping specification, fabrication and erection techniques.

• Knowledge of implementation of construction work pack (CWP) is preferred.
