Required Technical Skill Set

Should have demonstrated experience & proficiency in managing & maintaining Active Directory, Exchange Servers, and Enterprise vault Email archival Server.

Will be responsible for

1. Installation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft Exchange server 2016/2019;
2. Design and deployment Exchange server high availability using the database availability group;
3. Configuring & troubleshooting Auto Discover, Offline Address Book, Out of Office, Scheduling & free/busy, Exchange ActiveSync, Outlook Web Access, Outlook Connectivity;
4. Proactively research, learn, and implement requirement-driven messaging technology and best practices.
5. Extensive experience with products such as AD, DNS and ADFS, Certificate Authority;
6. Experience in scripting with PowerShell Exchange
7. Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting Email routing issues, DAG, End User connectivity issues;
8. Experience in application integration with mail services;
9. A deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange architecture and features
10. Recovery of Active Directory, Exchange Server and Enterprise vault servers.

Required

1. Creation and management of the forest and domains
2. Overall security and reliability of the forest
3. Creation and removal of domains
4. Management of trust relationship
5. Experience on FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos KDCs, replication topology, etc.
6. Creation of all top-level OU hierarchies' sub-OUs, groups, and appropriate security permissions.
7. Manage & Creation of Group Policy Object (GPO) links within their OU hierarchy
8. Day-to-day management of the domain controllers
9. Monitoring connectivity, synchronization, replication, netlogon, time services, FSMO roles, schema, NTDS database partitions, DNS settings,SRV records, and trust relationships
10. Review DC event and security logs and take corrective actions
11. Monitor and resolve security/ Vulnerability situations at all levels of the domain to ensure a stable and secure domain
12. Administration of Enterprise vault email archival solution, creation of Archive polices, retention polices, creating Admin tasks
13. Enable and maintain size of mailboxes under control and generate reports for Archiving.
