To lead client work at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution, with particular focus on pricing, monetization, revenue model design, commercial growth, and implementation planning across المملكة العربية السعودية and the GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial strategy engagements
• Define problem statements, hypotheses, workplans, and client storylines
• Develop recommendations on pricing strategy, revenue architecture, monetization, and growth priorities
• Translate strategic recommendations into implementation plans, workstreams, governance structures, initiative roadmaps, and value capture logic
• Stay closely involved during implementation phases where required, helping clients mobilise teams and move priorities into action
• Manage senior client relationships with credibility
• Lead internal teams and coach consultants and analysts
• Contribute to high-quality external insight pieces relevant to Wazeen Partners market المنصب

Candidate profile

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience, with a substantial portion in commercial advisory
• Strong exposure to pricing, revenue growth management, monetization, commercial model design, and commercial transformation
• Experience in المملكة العربية السعودية or the GCC is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to move from strategic framing into practical implementation
• Comfortable in a boutique setting with high autonomy and high standards
• Strong communication and client-facing presence
• English essential; Arabic advantageous
