The المسمى الوظيفي: Direct New Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, explain, and obtain signed contracts from new clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote ART product to achieve set and agreed personal monthly, quarterly and annual target.
  • Establish, build and maintain the relationship with new business prospects clients.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio to maximize customer value and retention revenue.
  • Maintain and renew existing client policies by proactively following up before expiration and offering suitable renewal options.
  • Understand the market dynamics and competition trends and present the yearly plan accordingly.
  • Manage the complete customer onboarding cycle in the CRM system from lead assignment to invoice generation ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and collect signed “Know Your Customer” (KYC) forms as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements by applying and regularly updating knowledge of industry policies, including passing the IFCE (Insurance Foundation Certificate) and adhering to Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Operate in alignment with ART’s strategic goals and core values to maintain service quality and professionalism.
  • Collect initial payments and clearly communicate ART’s credit control policies to new clients.
  • Gather and verify all required documentation as per Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) standards and submit to the relevant department.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all activities in ART’s CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Prioritize clients who meet ART’s risk appetite while avoiding non-preferred or high‑risk profiles.
  • Ensure all documentation requirements for new clients are completed in line with business needs and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing the best services demonstrating ART’s values and resolve complaint in timely manner.
Job Requirements
  • 4+ years of related experience.
Preferred
  • IFCE (Insurance Foundation Certificate Examination).
  • AML Certificate.
