الوصف الوظيفي: The Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Reporting will undertake the pivotal role of transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This المنصب demands a keen analytical mind with a strong foundation in data extraction, transformation, and visualization. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced statistical techniques and business intelligence tools to interpret complex datasets and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst will drive the development of customized reports and dashboards while ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives. Success in this role will require proficiency in data manipulation, a deep understanding of business metrics, and the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively. Job Requirements: An undergraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and management, demonstrating the ability to construct complex queries and optimize database performance. Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical tools such as R or Python. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Basic understanding of business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the organization. Job Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into business performance metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through systematic validation processes and troubleshooting of data discrepancies. Perform ad-hoc analyses as required, providing actionable recommendations based on findings. Present data insights and visualization results to management and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of analytical conclusions. Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes to enhance data quality and availability. Continuously evaluate and refine reporting methodologies to improve efficiency and relevance to the organization's evolving needs. Participate in team meetings to share insights, best practices, and new analytical techniques to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. Document data processes and methodologies for knowledge sharing and consistency across the reporting team. Required Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex datasets into meaningful information. Proficient in SQL with an aptitude for writing and optimizing database queries. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools to create compelling visual representations of data. Basic coding skills in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application to real-world business challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging audiences of varying technical knowledge. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results.
