About the Role

Our Subaru Express Service team is looking for a friendly, reliable, customer focused Express Service Representative. This entry level المنصب is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, providing warm and welcoming interactions, and keeping a positive atmosphere in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, professional greetings to every customer upon arrival.
  • Listen closely to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
  • Maintain clear, friendly communication with customers about wait times and service updates.
  • Create a positive and comfortable customer experience from drop off to pick up.
  • Assist with simple check in and check out steps using basic computer systems.
  • Support the flow of the Express Service lane by coordinating with team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.
  • Uphold Subaru's high standards of hospitality and customer care.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent attendance and reliability-our customers and team count on you!
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while staying positive.
  • Basic computer skills (typing, simple data entry, navigating menus).

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
Compensation

Estimated Annual Earnings: $35,000-$47,000 (Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.)
