We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage and enhance the service experience of our assigned customers by ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and consistent service quality. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring service performance, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. You will act as the main point of contact for your accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication with assigned customers Monitor service performance and follow up on tickets and SLAs Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure proper service delivery Handle customer concerns and manage escalations when required Conduct regular service review meetings with customers Maintain accurate reporting and customer documentation Identify risks and support retention efforts Success Metrics Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) SLA & Service Performance Compliance Escalation Resolution Time Account Stability & Retention What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field 1-4 years of experience in Customer Experience, or Service Coordination Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of SLAs and service performance tracking Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Professional handling of customer escalations Saudi citizen Ideal Background Experience in Telecom, Managed Services, IT Services, or Enterprise Solutions Exposure to B2B or enterprise customer environments Why Join Us?
