الوصف الوظيفي:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Manager Operations for a Facility Management الشركة based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance operations, managing manpower services, and leading the sales and commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise facility maintenance operations.
Oversee manpower services and operational staff.
Lead and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
Prepare and review commercial quotations and technical proposals.
Handle bidding and tendering processes.
Coordinate with clients and ensure service quality and compliance.

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance and manpower services.
Strong experience in sales supervision, quotation preparation, and bidding processes.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
