On behalf of our client, we're looking forConsultant, Digital Engagement

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Supportthe planning and execution of MyM Rewards campaigns and member engagementinitiatives.
  
• Analysescustomer and loyalty performance data to identify opportunities to improvemember acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Workwith CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns, personalized offers, andcustomer communications.
• Monitorcustomer journeys and recommend improvements to enhance the loyaltyexperience.
• Supportthe testing and optimization of rewards, promotions, and loyaltymechanics.
• Collaboratewith Product and Technology teams to improve the MyM Rewards experienceacross digital channels.
• Researchloyalty and CRM best practices and bring new ideas to support programgrowth.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience ina related field
• Bachelor’s degree in arelated field is a plus
• NetworkingSkills
