Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager, based in the Makkah Region. The Construction Manager will oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the prescribed quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising construction teams, implementing safety protocols, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to manage resources, schedules, and costs efficiently.
• Expertise in Construction and Construction Safety to oversee projects with a strong focus on safe work practices and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement project plans.
• Technical knowledge of construction methodologies, tools, and regulations.
• Relevant professional certifications and a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in residential, governmental, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
