Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and Saudi Commercial Director to join our team As a Commercial Director at our الشركة, your main duty will be to plan, develop and implement commercial strategies based on our الشركة targets and objectives with the main goal of supporting and accelerating growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
• Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Negotiates ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers; managing and reviewing contracts and making recommendations regarding commerciality.
• Leading and motivating the commercial team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive excellence.
• Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and manage annual commercial budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Applicants must be Saudi nationality
• Proven previous experience as a Commercial Director for more than 14 years
• Background in Real Estate Development
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Story of success
