On behalf of a well-established financial services provider in the Gulf region, we are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinkingChief Financial Officer (CFO). This is afull-time, remote opportunityopen to senior finance professionals based within theEMEA region.

About the Role

As CFO, you will lead the financial direction of the organization, overseeing all financial planning, strategy, reporting, and compliance functions. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring financial health in a dynamic and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Develop and execute robust financial strategies aligned with the company’s vision and long-term goals.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and statements for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to international financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Offer strategic insights and financial recommendations to support cross-departmental decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while driving cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Manage key external relationships, including auditors, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor and grow the internal finance team, cultivating a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or ACCA highly preferred).
• 10+ yearsof progressive financial leadership experience, preferably withinfinancial services or fintechsectors.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, risk management, and regulatory compliance across EMEA and Gulf markets.
• Demonstrated success in scaling finance functions in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and business acumen, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Experience managing remote teams and working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
