The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the brand's vision, establishing its market presence, and driving all aspects of the business towards profitability and industry leadership. • Develop and execute the long term strategic vision, mission, and business plan for the specialty coffee brand, ensuring alignment with the core values of Our Group.
• Provide inspirational leadership to the entire organization, fostering a culture of passion, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all business operations, including product sourcing, supply chain management, quality control, and retail/e commerce strategy to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive the financial performance of the brand, with full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to the board.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing and branding strategies to build a strong brand identity and capture a significant market share.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and new channels for growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing senior management team capable of scaling the business effectively.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador, representing the الشركة to customers, investors, partners, and the wider coffee industry.

• Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, General Manager), with a demonstrable track record of launching and scaling a successful business, preferably within the specialty coffee, food and beverage, or premium consumer goods sector.
• Exceptional strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate vision into actionable, results oriented plans.
• Strong financial literacy and experience managing a full P&L.
• An authentic passion for and deep knowledge of the specialty coffee industry and its evolving trends.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
• Experience working within a larger group or corporate structure would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building robust relationships with all stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is highly desirable.
