Operations (Engineers, Geoscience, Specialists, Operators)
The Well Site Leader is responsible to plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute the well operations program. They provide clear leadership in every aspect of HSE protection, ensuring safe working practices are used at the well site. They further ensure that well operations are conducted safely, in accordance with the approved well operations program, and in compliance with the applicable policies/standards/procedures and the regulatory requirements within allocated time/costs with optimal use of resources.
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in drilling, well operations, or integrated project management.
Hands‑on field experience in rig‑site operations (drilling, completion, or intervention).
Experience in managing multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinating with contractors and service companies.
Strong understanding of drilling engineering, well design, and well control principles.
Knowledge of cementing, casing design, drilling fluids, and downhole tools.
Ability to manage risks, safety standards, and HSE compliance.
Leadership and communication skills.
