The ideal candidate should have strong P&L ownership, experience managing large project portfolios or mega EPC projects, and proven leadership handling large multidisciplinary teams across the GCC.

We're seeking a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience in T&D EPC projects, particularly in EHV substation execution (minimum 380 kV) in Oil & Gas environments.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
  • 20+ years of EPC experience with at least 10 years in execution of HV substations in the GCC Oil & Gas sector
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Expertise in managing large-scale EPC projects, operations, P&L, and business growth
  • Experience handling multiple projects, large teams, and complex stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of project execution, commercial management, quality, safety, and timely delivery
  • Middle East / GCC experience is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple EPC projects within schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
  • Drive project strategy, governance, resource planning, and stakeholder management
  • Manage project risks, recovery plans, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Lead and mentor Project Directors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and organizational objectives
