We're looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the launch of a well-known wellness and beauty brand. This role will play a pivotal part in steering the الشركة's growth and shaping its market presence within KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve financial targets and الشركة objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee supply chain and logistics management ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the wellness consumer goods sector or a similar space.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing strategies, partnerships and logistics management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused attitude.
