Role Overview
Lead and drive business development for PMO / PMC / Digital PMO services across المملكة العربية السعودية and the GCC, securing high-value consultancy mandates and المنصبing SJ as a trusted strategic partner within major programmes and giga-project ecosystems.
Role Purpose
To originate, develop, and secure high-value PMO / PMC / Digital PMO mandates by leveraging:
Strong executive-level client relationships
Deep understanding of project and programme management frameworks
Solid knowledge of Digital PMO platforms and programme controls ecosystems
This role requires a commercially driven leader capable of engaging at C-level while demonstrating technical credibility in programme governance, PMIS
environments, and delivery risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, originate, and convert new PMO / PMC opportunities across KSA and GCC
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with government entities, developers, and major clients

Lead proposal strategy, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations
Support market shaping and early-stage opportunity المنصبing
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and credible solution offerings
Secure multi-million USD consultancy mandates
Key Qualifications & Experience
10–15 years' experience within GCC construction / infrastructure sector
Proven business development track record in:
PMO
PMC
Programme Controls
Infrastructure advisory
Strong project or programme management background (client-side or delivery-side PMO)
Demonstrated understanding of Digital PMO / PMIS systems
Executive-level client relationships in المملكة العربية السعودية
Experience securing multi-million USD consultancy mandates
Fluent English (verbal & written)
