Overview

Our subsidiary (Nabeh) is seeking a Business Analyst experienced in IT and AI projects to act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The role focuses on business understanding, analytics translation, data readiness, business validation of AI models, and deployment alignment, ensuring that AI and digital solutions deliver measurable business value.

The Business Analyst will work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and stakeholders, following an iterative, analytics driven delivery approach aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage stakeholders to identify business objectives, KPIs, scope, success criteria, and AI use case goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Translate business needs into clear analytical and AI requirements aligned with technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define appropriate AI and analytics approaches such as predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and automation.
  • Identify required data sources and validate data availability, quality, ownership, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Define business rules for data cleansing, transformation, labeling, and aggregation processes.
  • Support data readiness assessments and validate datasets from a business perspective.
  • Review AI and analytics outputs to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), scenario validation, and exception handling activities.
  • Assist in deployment readiness, operational alignment, user acceptance criteria, and handover documentation.
  • Support post deployment monitoring and business value realization activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including Project Managers, Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT, AI, analytics, or data driven projects.
  • Hands on experience working with technical, analytics, and AI delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI and analytics project lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare bilingual documentation.
  • Excellent requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured analytical and technical requirements.
  • Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and data driven decision making frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a business value driven mindset.
  • Experience in government or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
  • Experience in AI, smart systems, or digital transformation programs.

  • CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA)
  • CCBA - Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (IIBA)
  • PMI PBA - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI)
  • CPMAI - Certified Professional in Managing AI
  • IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate
  • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
  • ICAgile Certified Professional - Business Analysis (ICP BA)
  • SAFe Business Analyst (SAFe BA)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • PMI ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
