We are currently seeking a highly experienced professional for one of our clients in the AI Strategy & Enterprise Transformation sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role, advising C-level executives and shaping enterprise-wide AI strategies for large-scale organisations across the GCC and international markets.
المنصب: AI Strategy & Readiness Expert
الموقع: GCC (المملكة العربية السعودية & UAE preferred) – Hybrid / Multi-الموقع possible
Engagement: Executive-level consulting / long-term advisory
Key Responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Advisory Capability Development
Design and structure AI maturity and readiness assessment frameworks
Develop repeatable methodologies for enterprise AI evaluation
Build AI strategy roadmaps and transformation blueprints
Define AI operating models aligned with enterprise governance structures
Support the institutionalisation of AI advisory services
Client-Facing Strategic Leadership
Conduct AI readiness assessments across enterprise functions
Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases
Design AI investment strategies and business cases
Develop enterprise AI roadmaps (short, mid, long term)
Advise executive leadership and boards on AI adoption decisions
Translate AI strategy into operational transformation plans
Qualifications:
Minimum 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5+ years in AI-related strategic roles
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI strategy engagements
Strong exposure to public sector, government, consulting, or large enterprise environments
Executive presence and ability to advise C-level stakeholders
Experience designing AI operating models and governance structures
English mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage
Experience with EU/US markets required; GCC experience highly valued
Ideal Background:
Tier 1 consulting or strategy advisory background preferred
Proven experience in AI transformation programs at enterprise scale
Ability to structure repeatable strategy frameworks, not just deliver individual projects
Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence executive decision-making
