We’re a successful, multi-award winning AWS Partner, with our own AI solutions over AWS, a significant business in the Kingdom of المملكة العربية السعودية, and an international client base (more details below).

We are looking for a proactive and technically adept Pre-Sales Consultant to drive solution engagement across AI, cloud, and resilience domains. This KSA-based role will focus on GCC markets, while actively collaborating with peers in the RoW to share insights and provide mutual support across regions.

You will play a key role in translating client needs into actionable solution proposals, supporting early-stage prototyping, and driving adoption of our offerings, including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and resilience solutions powered by automation and AI.

الموقع: المملكة العربية السعودية (only), with travel to the Bexprt office in Riyadh. (Candidates already working in Saudi preferred.)

Key responsibilities
  • Lead Pre-Sales Engagements: Conduct customer discovery sessions, qualify opportunities, and develop tailored solution proposals that meet business and technical requirements.
  • IDP: Articulate the value of our Intelligent Document Processing solution for use cases such as document extraction, classification, and summarization.
  • RAG Solutions: Explain Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts, including embedding models, vector stores, and enterprise LLM workflows.
  • Resilience Solutions: المنصب our automation-powered cloud resilience offerings (e.g., AWS DRS, observability, automated recovery testing, GenAI-powered response generation).
  • PoC Ownership: Create quick Proofs of Concept or guide delivery teams with well-defined scopes and technical documentation.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Support and align with other regions counterparts; contribute to joint materials, pipeline prioritization, and knowledge sharing.
  • Proposal & Demo Creation: Craft compelling proposals, technical documentation, and customer-facing collateral for RFPs and client presentations.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide input into the evolution of repeatable offerings, value proالمنصبs, and industry-specific solution playbooks.
Qualifications and skills

Must have,

  • 3–4 years of experience in cloud/AI pre-sales, technical consulting, or cloud/AI solution design.
  • Strong foundation in AWS cloud services and architecture best practices (Associate-level certification at least, Practitioner or higher preferred).
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, OpenSearch, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including RAG-based search, NLP pipelines, and GenAI use cases.
  • Experience with business use cases around resilience, such as backup/DR, automated failover, monitoring, and compliance testing.
  • Ability to scope and communicate solutions designed for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • MUST have AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Certificate.

Nice to have,

  • Knowledge of regulatory/compliance-driven environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, public sector).
  • Experience with productized or packaged solution sales.
  • Preferred: already living and working in المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • Contribute to real-world solutions at the intersection of cloud, AI, and automation.
  • Shape and grow with a nimble consulting firm delivering repeatable IP to enterprise clients.
  • Gain exposure to diverse clients and regions, working alongside skilled peers in both the UK and Gulf region.
  • Enjoy flexibility, ownership, and the chance to influence product and go-to-market strategy
